摘要
为研究自由淹没气体旋转射流压力场规律,对除尘、空调工程以及煤矿瓦斯驱散设计提供依据,用五孔探针和Fluent软件对自行设计的旋流器流场进行定量实验和模拟研究。实验测量4种不同旋流强度下的流场,计算得到不同截面上无因次压力分布。实验表明,旋流器出口附近,总压在垂直射流轴线的截面上呈"M"分布,依次发展成"马鞍"状和正态分布,直至衰减到大气压。静压呈"V"形分布,中心存在小于大气压的负压区,且旋流强度越大射流中心静压越低。数值模拟表明,在出口较近区域总压呈"n"形分布,随着轴向距离增大,总压衰减为正态分布,直至衰减到大气压。
A designed swirling device and five-hole probe were used for studying pressure field of free and submerged air jets,and the simulations based on Fluent software were conducted.Four swirl intensities jets were investigated.On the vertical section,experimental results show that the total pressure profiles present a "M" shape distribution,then develop to a saddle shape and normal distribution,finally decrease to the atmospheric pressure.The static pressure profiles present a "V" distribution,and there is a negative pressure region on the profiles center.With the swirl intensity increasing,the value of negative pressure is lower.The numerical results indicate that the total pressure profiles show a "n" distribution,then develop to a normal distribution,finally decrease to the atmospheric pressure.
