湖南省楼宇营销策划现状及对策

摘要 随着房地产市场竞争日益加剧,楼宇营销策划的作用越来越重要。目前,就全国范围来看,楼宇营销策划愈来愈被重视,湖南省的楼宇营销策划工作已起步,但毕竟是在摸索中,难免存在一些不足之处。据此,湖南省应注意打造特色立足长远发展,促进楼宇品牌策划上水平,注重楼宇广告创意,加强楼宇文化策划,完善合理的营销策划体系,以此不断改进楼宇的营销策划工作,使之得到有效发展。 The competition is intensively in the area of realestate,the importance of marketing planning of the storyed buiding is of more and more importance.Now in view of the nationwide situation the marketing planning is more and more watched.However,the marketing planning work of the floor market in Hunan is just beginning;there are many problems.It is,therefore,that the distinctive features of Hunan realestate must stress the brand of the storyed buildings which should be lifted,the creative advertisment should be up,the cultural brand of building should be planned.It should complete the reasonable marketing net to promote the progress of real estate marketing.
