纳米镍基核壳微粒电流变液的流变特性研究

摘要 通过微观分析、性能测试和形貌观察,研究了Ni/TiO2基核壳结构微粒电流变液性能与其浓度、剪切速率以及所加电磁场强度的关系,结果发现,成分相同时,电流变液的强度随浓度和剪切速率的增加而增强,但到达一定时趋于稳定,同时,电场和磁场复合加载有利于电流变液强度的提高,其形貌亦出现微粒柱的相互交织。 The influence of concentration,shear rate and DC electric field,magnetic field and electromagnetic field on the properties of Ni/TiO2 series core-shell nano particles were investigated by property and microstructure testing.The results indicates that ER properties increased with the increasing the Ni/TiO2 concentration,shear rate,DC electric field, magnetic field and electromagnetic field.And Electromagnetic reciprocal effect can increase the properties,and make the chain become thick and interweave each other.
