摘要
采用浓HNO3+HClO4(4+1,V/V)混合酸消解生药和水煮样品,火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)测定了7种祛风湿类中草药(徐长卿、松节、寻骨风、木瓜、丝瓜绒、狗脊、独活)中锌、铁、铜、锰4种微量元素的含量。对测定结果进行了准确度和精密度评价,其加标回收率在99.0%~103.0%之间,相对标准偏差RSD不大于0.2%。测定结果表明:7种中草药中都含有丰富的微量元素,其中Cu含量相对偏低,但其溶出率相对较大。该结果为祛风湿类中草药的研究提供了理论依据。
Four trace elements Cu,Fe,Zn and Mn in seven anti-rheumatism Chinese herbal medicines(Radix Cynanchi Paniculati,Nodus Terebinthinae,Aristolochia Mollissima,Fructus Chaenomelis,Luffa Cylindrica,Cibotium Barometz,Angelica Pubescens) have been determined by FAAS respectively.The samples were digested with HClO4 and HNO3 in a volume ratio of 4:1.Four kinds of trace elements Cu,Zn Mn,Fe and their dissolution rate are calculated.The average recoveries of the samples are between 99.0% and 103.0%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)≤0.2%.The determination results indicate that these Chinese herbal medicines are rich in microelements,among which the Cu content is relatively low.But the dissolution rate of Cu is relatively large.It offers theoretical data for the study of anti-rheumatism Chinese herbal medicines.
