摘要 黄白姜花(Hedychium chrysoleucum Hook.)是一种具有较高开发利用价值的药用植物,分布于四川、云南。该文通过对其根状茎的性状特征、组织结构显微特征的观察研究和化学成分的薄层色谱分析,得出了黄白姜花根状茎的性状和显微鉴别特征;证实其根状茎中含有萜类成分。本研究结果为黄白姜花的开发利用提供了依据。 Hedychium chrysoleucum Hook is a kind of plants with high medicinal value,which distributes in Sichuan and Yunnan of China.The characteristic features of it have been studied by macroscopic and microscopic observations and its chemical constituents identified qualitatively by TLC.The macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of this crude drug have been obtained,and terpenoid has been proved to exist in the rhizome by TLC.The distinct characteristics revealed could provide a basis for the identification of this crude drug.
