加快推进现代农业发展是社会主义新农村建设的首要任务,是当前"三农"工作的主题。通过深入分析龙岩市现代农业发展的现状及制约发展的主要因素,在此基础上,提出龙岩现代农业建设的总体思路是组织实施"四大行动计划",即合力构筑"万户千村百镇"专业生产体系,做强"十大龙型"产业,打造"八大示范园区",构筑"七大服务网络",建设具有市场竞争力、能致富农民和可持续发展的高效生态农业体系,走出一条经济高效、产品安全、技术密集、资源节约、环境优美、人力资源优势得到充分发挥的现代农业新路子。

Accelerating development of modern agriculture is the first task of construction of socialist new countryside,and is also the current theme of ＂three rural＂ work.Through deep analysis of the modern agriculture development status of Longyan city and the main factors restricting the development,the article put forward the general idea of modern agriculture construction called ＂four-action plan＂,that is constructing the professional system of ＂hundreds of towns,and thousands of villages and families＂,strengthening the ＂ten flagship industries＂,creating ＂eight demonstration gardens＂,building ＂seven service networks＂,so as to form efficient ecological agriculture system with market competitiveness,making farmers rich and sustainable development,walk out the new way of modern agriculture with characteristics of economy and efficiency,product safety,technology intensiveness,resource conservation,beautiful environment and the human resources advantage.
