摘要
高职院校科研管理是一个动态过程,而科研管理人员是这个过程中的组织者、管理者和协调者。科研管理水平的高低是科研管理人员本身所具备的整体素质的反映,科研管理人员实施"能本管理"的理念可以充分挖掘科研管理人员的潜能和创造力,从而促进高职院校科研管理水平的提高。高职院校科研管理人员要更新管理理念,树立"能本管理"的新理念。科研管理组织要建立科学有效的激励机制,创建完善的选"能"新机制,合理配置高素质人才队伍,开发科研管理人员的创新能力。
Higher scientific research and management is a dynamic process and scientific research management personnel are the organizers,administrators and coordinators of this process.The level of scientific research management can reflect the overall quality of management personnel.The implementation of "capacity core management" on scientific research management personnel can fully tap the potential and creativity,so as to contribute to higher levels of scientific research management.The management personnel must renew the management idea and set up the new idea of "capacity core management".The scientific research management organizations should establish the scientific and effective the incentive mechanism,construct and perfect the selecting talents mechanism,dispose the high-quality talents team reasonably,and develop the innovation ability of scientific research management personnel.
