高职院校自主招生的现状与对策

The current situation and countermeasure of vocational colleges′ independent admission

高职教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,其健康发展需要为高职院校创立一个适合、有效的体制和机制。从高职教育招生改革的视角出发,针对高职院校推行自主招生面临的问题与困境,制定科学的指导性纲要和保障制度,对综合素质测评进行量化管理和测评,保障学生的自主选择权,建立专业招考联盟机制,完善中高职衔接机制,尝试实行免试入学。

As an important part of higher education,vocational education needs an efficient and compatible system of management and organization for its sustainable development.In terms of reform on student admission of vocational education,some colleges are having difficulties in independent admission.Approaches to resolve the difficulties include establishing a guiding outline and supporting system,quantitative management and testing on general diathesis estimate,ensuring students′ rights to select on one′s own,setting up a coalition of admission by programs,consummation the transfer from high school to college,and trial implementation on open admission without entrance examination as well.
