施肥和芸苔素内酯对油茶无性系生长指标及产量的影响 被引量:13

摘要 为了研究不同肥料和不同浓度芸苔素内酯(BRs)对长林4、166和18号优良无性系油茶各项生物量指标的影响,进行了3因素3水平的正交试验,通过对油茶不同生长时期各项生长指标调查和测量,并进行相应的数据分析。结果表明:(1)最有利于高生长的是处理4即长林166,生物有机肥和芸苔素内酯0.033 mg.L-1;对地径增长最大的处理3即长林4、复合肥和芸苔素内酯0.020 mg.L-1;对冠幅积生长最佳处理是处理5即长林166、专用肥和芸苔素内酯0.020 mg.L-1;秋梢生长最长的是处理8即长林18品系、施专用肥和芸苔素内酯浓度0.067 mg.L-1;(2)叶绿度SPAD值最高处理组合是处理4即长林166品系、施专用肥和芸苔素内酯浓度0.020mg.L-1;(3)产量最高处理组合是处理3即长林4品系、施复合肥和芸苔素内酯浓度0.020 mg.L-1;(4)单果质量和横竖积最大处理组合都是处理2,即长林4品系、施专用肥和芸苔素内酯浓度0.033 pm。 In order to study the effects of various biomass indexes about different fertilizers and BRs on three Camellia choiceness clones,three factors and three levels orthogonal trial was carried out.Through measuring different indicators in different growth periods,then these data were analyzed,The results show that:(1) the treatment 4 wsa most conducive to high growth,namely Chang-Lin 166,with biological organic fertilizer and concentration of BRs 0.033 mg·L-1;the treatment 3 was most conducive to ground diameter growth,namely compound fertilizer,with Chang-Lin 4 and concentration of BRs 0.020 mg·L-1;The treatment 5 was most conducive to crown product growth,namely specialty fertilizer,with Chang-Lin 166 and concentration of BRs 0.020 mg·L-1;the treatment 8 was most conducive to fall brances growth,namely specialty fertilizer,with Chang-Lin 18 and concentration of BRs 0.067 mg·L-1;(2) the largest increase of leaves SPAD value was treatment 4,namely specialty fertilizer,with Chang-Lin 166 and concentration of BRs 0.020 mg·L-1;(3) the highest Camellia yield was treatment 3,namely compound fertilizer,with Chang-Lin 4 and concentration of BRs 0.020 mg·L-1;(4) the maximum mass and the product of width and vertical shaft for single fruit both were treatment 2,namely specialty fertilizer,with Chang-Lin 4 and concentration of BRs 0.033 mg·L-1.
