摘要
以10个月季品种为材料,利用生理生化测定及SPSS统计分析对其耐热性进行研究。结果表明:持续7d 38℃的高温胁迫能够有效区分不同月季品种耐热性;生理生化测定结果的系统聚类与主成分分析能够对不同月季品种的耐热性进行有效评价。‘红茶’、‘蓝彼得’为热敏感型,耐热性最差;‘曼海姆宫殿’、‘冬梅’和‘梅朗随想曲’为耐热型,耐热性最强。
Heat tolerance of 10 varieties in Rosa chinensi was investigated using physiological and biochemical measurements as well as the statistical analyses with SPSS software.Results indicate that heat tolerance of different varieties in Rosa chinensi could be distinguished effectively under a high temperature stress of 38℃ for one week and could be effectively evaluated using amain component analysis and a cluster analysis from the data of the physiological and biochemical measurements.Varieties of 'Hong Cha' and 'Lan Bi De' had the worst heat tolerance,while varieties of 'Man Hai Mu Gong Dian','Dong Mei' and 'Mei Lang Sui Xiang Qu' had the best heat tolerance.
