Analysis of subject behavior in transformation of forestry scientific and technical achievement based on game theory

为改变目前林业科技成果转化率低的现状,对林业科技成果转化中的主体按职能和主要作用进行了分类,分别建立了林业科技成果供给方与需求方之间、政府与林业科技成果供给方之间、政府与林业科技成果需求方之间的博弈模型,并运用博弈论思想全面系统的分析了各主体之间的行为,最后构建了林业科技成果转化信息平台。此研究对提高林业科技成果转化率乃至整个林业经济的发展都具有重要的意义。

In order to change the status of the low transformation rate of forestry scientific and technical achievements,the subject＇s functions and main actions in the process of forestry scientific and technical achievements transformation were classified,some game models including suppliers and demanders,government and suppliers,government and demanders were established.The subject behaviors were comprehensively and systematically analyzed based on the game theory.Finally,the information platform of forestry scientific and technical achievement transformation was built.This study has an important significance for raising the transformation rate of forestry scientific and technical achievements and even improving the whole forest economic development.
