摘要
以3种不同尺寸大小的红麻秆碎料为原料热压制得无胶板,探讨不同碎料大小对红麻秆无胶板的物理力学性能的影响。使用扫描电镜(SEM)分析不同碎料尺寸的碎料板胶合情况。结果表明:在相同的制板工艺条件下,当红麻碎料的粒径小于0.45 mm时,红麻秆无胶板的综合物理力学性能达到最佳。
Binderless particleboard was manufactured with three kinds of different size of kenaf core particles.The effects of the kenaf core particle sizes on the physical and mechanical propertied of kenaf core binderless particleboard were investigated.And the surface features of the particleboards made with different particle sizes were studied by Scanning electron microsecopy(SEM).The results show that kenaf core binderless particleboard manufactured with particle size of less than 0.45 mm can obtain the best physical and mechanical properties.
