摘要
碳纳米管经柠檬酸修饰、共价接枝壳聚糖及乙二醛壳聚糖交联三步处理,制备得到壳聚糖/碳纳米管复合材料。用红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)和热重分析仪(TGA)对所得复合材料进行分析表征,发现壳聚糖共价接枝交联到碳纳米管表面形成壳聚糖/碳纳米管复合膜,复合材料中壳聚糖质量分数约占55%。所制备的壳聚糖/碳纳米管复合材料对葡萄糖氧化酶有很好的吸附性能。
A novel biocompatible chitosan (CTS)/citric acid modified CNTs (CA-CNTs) composite has been synthesized by covalent bonding and crosslinking chemistry,in which the glyoxal were used as cross-linking reagent. The composites were characterized by FT-IR,UV-Vis,XRD,SEM,FE-SEM and TGA. The results showed that the CA-CNTs are coated by CTS to form homogeneous film-like coating. The TGA analysis of CTS/CA-CNTs reveals that the mass fraction of CTS is 55%. The as-made CTS/CA-CNTs have a good capacity of absorbing glucose oxidase (GOD).
