高师院校开展创业教育存在的问题与对策

On Problems and Countermeasures in Entrepreneurship Education of Teachers' College

目前高师院校在开展创业教育过程中存在认识模糊、重视不够、师资薄弱、后续乏力、特色不明等问题,亟待厘清认识,增加投入,精选师资,完善服务,培植特色,更好地发挥高师院校作为师资培养摇篮的优势,培养更多具有创业意识和创业教育能力的中小学教师以及创业型高级专门人才,推动我国早日建成创新型创业型社会。

There are some problems in the process of entrepreneurship education in teachers＇college,such as vague understanding,in-adequate attention,weak teaching staff,weak follow-up and unknown features.It is urgent to clarify understanding,in-crease investment,select qualified teachers,improve services and foster character so as to better play the advantages of the cradle of teacher＇ training institutions,and then cultivate high school teachers and specialized personnel with entrepreneurial awareness entrepreneurial education capacity to promote the early completion of our innovative,entrepreneurial society.
