法制在大学生思想政治教育中具有价值导向、组织协调、法制保障、教育评判的重要作用。应从思想政治教育内容的法制化、队伍管理的法制化、工作开展的法制化、评估监督的法制化等方面具体实施大学生思想政治教育法制化,充分发挥思想政治教育的软约束与法律法规的硬约束两种手段的力量,将自律与他律统一于思想政治教育实践活动之中,不断增强大学生思想政治教育的权威性、科学性和实效性。

The legal system plays an important role in the ideological and political education with the effect of value orientation,organi-zation and coordination,legal guarantee,education evaluation.Therefore,the implementation of ideological and political education legalization should consider the legalization of ideological and political education contents,the legalization of the management team,the legalization of the work and the legalization of supervision to fully exert the composition of forces by the soft constraint of the ideological and political education and the hard constraint of the laws and regulations,which will continue to strengthen the authority,scientificity and effectiveness of ideological and political education by unifying the re-striction of the self-discipline and heteronomy.
