摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)及丙烯酸甲酯(MA)为接枝模型单体,以接枝率、接枝效率、单体转化率、黏度、黏度热稳定性和黏附性能为评价指标,研究了Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6,FeSO4/H2O2,KMnO4/C6H8O7,K2S2O8/Na2S2O3,(NH4)2S2O8/NaHSO35种引发体系对淀粉的接枝引发作用,评价了它们作为接枝淀粉浆料引发剂的优劣,为进一步改善接枝淀粉浆料的使用性能奠定基础,为工业化生产提供参考和依据.研究结果表明,(NH4)2S2O8/NaHSO3和FeSO4/H2O2是性价比较高的引发剂,可以作为接枝淀粉浆料的引发剂.
In order to provide basis for the preparation of grafted starch sizes,the effectiveness and performance of commonly used graft-initiators such as Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6,FeSO4/H2O2,KMnO4/C6H8O7,K2S2O8/Na2S2O3 and(NH4)2S2O8/NaHSO3 applied in the preparation of grafted starch sizes were investigated to estimate their graft initiation to starch.By choosing Acrylic Acid(AA)and Methyl Acrylate(MA)as model monomers,the initiators were evaluated in terms of grafting ratio,grafting efficiency,conversion of monomer to polymer,paste viscosity,viscosity stability to heat,and adhesion to fibers.It was found that FeSO4/H2O2 and(NH4)2S2O8/NaHSO3 were the initiators with higher ratio of performance to price.The initiators can be applied as graft-initiators to improve the performance of grafted starch sizes for warp sizing.
