摘要
从多物品标签的优化识别和供应链库存优化两个方面研究了供应链优化控制策略.首先给出一个由物理层、数据通信层和应用层组成的基于RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)集成系统的供应链管理体系,分析各层次的功能.在此基础上,研究数据通信层中的供应链多物品标签防碰撞优化识别模型,以提高供应链物品流动的时间效率.虽然RFID的应用增加了供应链硬件的成本,但其对可见性的改善提高了供应链运作的效率,因此,通过RFID系统在供应链中应用的固定成本和不同库存情形下可变成本的建模分析,探讨供应链库存成本的控制方法,可以实现RFID系统支持下的供应链优化运作.
The optimal control approaches of supply chain were investigated from two perspectives,i.e.multi-tags identification and inventory control by using RFID(Radio Frequency Identifcation)-enabled integrated system.Firstly,a RFID-based supply chain management framework that composed of three levels(i.e.RFID physic level,data communication level,application level)was presented.The function of each level was analyzed also.Then,a multi-tags anti-collision model to improve the automated identification efficiency was discussed.Although the implement of RFID system would incur additional costs,it could improve visibility on the whole chain.So the effective of supply chain system would be enhanced largely.Therefore,the fixed cost and the variable cost of RFID in supply chain inventory management were analyzed by modeling in application level.The control methods of inventory costs were disscussed to achieve the optimal operation of the supply chain by the support of RFID system.
