陕西信息化与工业化融合发展路径探讨

Research on development path to the integration of informatization and industrialization in Shaanxi

推进工业化与信息化的融合发展是陕西实现经济发展方式转变的内在要求和直接动力。通过分析陕西信息化与工业化融合的现实基础与主要存在问题,提出陕西实现信息化与工业化融合的路径是加强"两化融合"基础研究和创新转化机制的建立,利用信息技术提升和改造传统重点产业集群,进而充分发挥两化融合联动作用以实现产业和区域经济发展。并在此基础上提出加强政府引导,形成产学研用联动机制,加快培育多层次信息化技术管理人才以及发展现代服务业,完善两化融合的软环境建设等政策建议。

To promote the development of the integration of informatization and industrialization is the internal demand and direct power to change Shaanxi economic development mode.Through the analysis of the reality and main existing problems of the integration of informatization and industrialization in Shaanxi,this paper puts forward that the integration path in Shaanxi is to strengthen the basic research and innovation mechanism of ＂integration＂,to use information technology to transform traditional key industries and to realize industrial and regional economic development by fully exerting the fusion linkage effect.And on this basis policy recommendations such as strengthening the government guidance in order to form linkage mechanism,accelerating the multi-level management personnel and information technology,developing the modern service industry,improving the ＂integration＂ of soft environment,and etc are provided.
