摘要
随着招生规模的日益扩大,研究生的就业竞争情势加剧,各种就业问题凸显,其中,研究生自身成长与就业环境的信息不对称成为研究生就业困难的主要原因之一。结合"信息不对称理论",分析阐释研究生就业过程中存在的信息不对称现象及其成因,并结合当前就业形势提出解决研究生就业难的应对措施,对做好新时期研究生就业工作,促进我国高等教育健康发展具有一定的现实意义。
With the growing enrollment,the employment competition of postgraduate students has intensified,highlighting a variety of employment issues which include the postgraduate student growth and the information asymmetry of its employment environment as one of the main difficulties in post-graduate employment.Based on "asymmetric information theory",the paper analyzes the phenomena and their causes of the information asymmetry in the process of postgraduate employment and combined with the current employment situation it proposes countermeasures to resolve the difficult problems in postgraduate employment.This is beneficial to do a good job in the new period and has certain practical significance to promote the healthy development of the higher education in our country.
