"两个实有"全覆盖管理的实效是关系世博安保工作成败、以面保点战略能否成功的重要因素。上海公安机关应当分析当前推进"两个实有"全覆盖管理过程中存在的问题,总结经验,制定科学可行的工作措施,为世博会的顺利举行创造良好的社会治安环境。
The comprehensive management work of ＂Two Actualities＂ is closely related to the success or failure of the security work for the World Expo and our strategy. Shanghai public security organ shall analyze the current problems in tile comprehensive management work of ＂Two Actualities＂, learn some lessons, and take scientific and practical measures so as to create a good social order for the World Expo.
