近年来,非传统安全已经取代传统安全成为学术研究的热点,也成为各国普遍面临的一个十分紧迫的政策和实践问题。2010年上海世博会日益临近,在非传统安全问题越来越突出的形势面前,上海公安机关必须未雨绸缪,早做准备,积极应对非传统安全给世博安保工作带来的挑战,确保世博会期间的公共安全与社会稳定。

When the situation of non - traditional security becomes increasingly prominent, Shanghai public security agencies should prepare early and respond actively to the challenges of nontraditional security to the Expo security work and ensure public security and social stability during the period.
