摘要
大学生创新能力培养是一个系统性工程,其中基础性条件主要包括三个方面,一是应当构建合理的学生评价体系;二是应当促进大学生形成完备的知识结构;三是教师应当采用有利于推动创新意识形成的教学方法。
The cultivation of university students＇ creative abilities is a systematic project,the basic conditions of which include the following three aspects： First,appropriate student evaluating system should be established;Second,measures should be taken to cultivate a complete knowledge structure in university students;Third,teachers should adopt effective teaching methods which are beneficial to the formation of the students＇ creative consciousness.
