北京鸭臂三头肌内运动神经纤维在脊髓灰质内起源的定位研究——HRP法

STUDY ON LOCATIZALION OF MOTOR NEURONS INNERVETING MUSCLE TRICEPS BRACHII OF BEIJING DUCK(Anas domestica L.)WITH HRP METHOD

将20%HRP 蒸馏水溶液注入北京鸭臂三头肌内,动物存活18～20小时后麻醉,经心脏灌流固定。取 C_(11)-T_4各节段脊髓做40mm 厚冰冻切片,按兰色反应(BDHC)法成色。明视野观察后,得出结果如下:支配北京鸭臂三头肌的运动神经元的细胞体位于 C_(14)-T_2 各节段的脊髓灰质的腹侧角内。以 T_1 节段内标记细胞分布最多。标记细胞绝大部分位于腹外侧运动核内。支配臂三头肌的运动神经纤维起源于腹外侧运动核。神经元细胞体在核柱内呈连续分布状态。

20% HRP solution dissolved in distilled water was injected into muscle triceps brachii of Beijing duck.The experimental animal,after being survived for 18～20 hours,were sacificed with perfusion through heart.Afterwards C_(14)-T_4 segments of spinal cord were removed of vertebrate canal.The marterials were cut into serious transvers frozen sections with 40μm.The sections were reacted with BDHC- method.Half of them were lightly counterstained with 1% neutral red and the others without counterstained.The sections were examined in the light field of microscoPe.The results are as following: The cell bodies of neurons innervet- ing muscle triceps braehii lie in C_(14)-T_s segments.The fabled cells mainly were in the lateral part of lateral column in the ventral horn of spinal cord.The peak- value of number of labled cells is in T_1 segment.The fabled neurons continu- osly distributed in the lateral part of lateral column of C_(14)-T_s segments.
