摘要
目的：观察丁香柿蒂汤合旋覆代赭汤化裁配穴位注射治疗顽固性呃逆的疗效.方法：35例顽固性呃逆患者根据临床辨证为胃寒蕴结、胃火上逆、胃阴不足、气郁痰凝给予丁香柿蒂汤合旋覆代赭汤化裁随证加减,配合足三里、内关穴位分别注射胃复安和维生素B1注射液.结果：总有效34例（总有效率为97.14%）.结论：中西医结合综合疗法治疗顽固性呃逆疗效显著.
Objective： To observe the effect of treating intractable hiccup by Dingxiang Shidi decoction plus Xuanfu Daizhe decoction plus acupoint injection. Methods： The clinical differentiation of 35 cases of intractable hiccup were Weihan Yunjie, Weihuo Shangni, Weiyin Buzu, Qiyu Tanning, to treat them by Dingxiang Shidi decoction plus Xuanfu Daizhe decoction plus acupoint injection. Results： The total effective is 34 cases （the total effective rate is 97.14%）. Conclusion： Treating intractable hiccup in the intergrative medicine has a significant effect.
