骨关节炎的早期中医治疗

Treating early osteoarthritis in TCM

骨关节炎是由多种因素引起关节软骨纤维化、皲裂、溃疡、脱失而导致的关节疾病.病因尚不明确,其发生与年龄、肥胖、炎症、创伤及遗传因素等有关.其病理特点为关节软骨变性破坏,软骨下骨硬化或囊性变、关节边缘骨质增生、滑膜增生、关节囊挛缩,韧带松弛或挛缩、肌肉挛缩或无力等.目前现代医学对骨关节炎的发病机制尚不十分清楚.对本病的治疗尚无有效方法,通过中医中药防治本病,对改善骨关节功能,延缓致残等,能起到积极的作用.

Osteoarthritis is result in joint diseases from many factors with articular cartilage fibrosis, chapped, ulcers, demyelination. Cause don＇t clear yet, occur related to age, obesity, inflammation, trauma and genetic factors. Pathological features are destruction of articular cartilage degeneration, subchondral bone sclerosis or cystic, joint marginal bone hyperplasia, synovial hyperplasia, joint capsule contracture, ligamentous laxity or contracture, muscle contracture or weakness and so on. Modern medicine on pathogenesis of osteoarthritis don＇t clear now yet. Treating the disease don＇t have effective method yet, by prevention of this disease in TCM, to improve bone and joint function, delay disability, can be active role.
