中西医结合治疗疑似甲型H1N1流感疗效观察

Effective observation on treating suspecting A H1N1 in integrative medicine

目的：观察中西医结合治疗疑似甲型H1N1流感疗效，以期拓宽中医药治疗甲型H1N1流感的思路，用以指导临床实践。方法：按照疑似甲型H1N1流感诊断标准，选择病例139例，随机分成治疗组80例和对照组59例，治疗组采用中西医结合疗法，对照组口服莲花清瘟胶囊，并对两种不同治疗方法的疗效进行比较。结果：治疗组发热时间及流感样症状消失时间与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：采用中西医结合治疗疑似甲型H1N1流感疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effect of treating suspecting A H1N1 in integrative medicine, expand the thinking of treating A H1N1 in TCM. Methods： To choose 139 patients, randomly divide into treatment group for 80 cases and control group for 59 cases, taking the integrative medicine therapy in treatment group, oral the Lianhua Qingwen capsule in control group, to compare the effect of two different therapy. Result： To compare the fever and flu-like symptoms time in treatment group with control group, by statistically analyzing both data, has a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating suspecting A H1N1 in integrative medicine has a good effect.
