疏血通注射液联合纤溶酶治疗脑梗死急性期临床观察

Clinical observation on treating acute cerebral infarction by Shuxuetong injection plus plasminogen

目的：观察疏血通注射液联合纤溶酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：将80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为疏血通注射液联合纤溶酶治疗组与复方丹参注射液对照组。经治疗14d后分别观察两组患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准（NDS）和临床疗效。结果：治疗组临床疗效优于对照组，NDS评分明显降低。两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：疏血通注射液联合纤溶酶早期应用治疗急性脑梗死，可明显改善临床症状，降低病死率和致残率，值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating acute cerebral infarction by Shuxuetong injection plus plasminogen. Methods： To 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction randomly divide into treatment group was Shuxuetong injection plus plasminogen and control group was Fufang danshen injection. After 14d, observe the NDS and clinical effects of clinical neurologic impairment of patients. Result： In treatment group the effect is better than the control gr,-up, NDS scores were significantly lower. To compare two group has a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating acute cerebral infarction by Shuxuetong injection plus plasminogen has a good effect, is worth being clinically applied.
