血腑逐淤汤加减治疗肾病综合征高凝状态的临床研究

A clinical study on treating hypercoagulable state in nephrotic syndrome with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction

目的：探讨血腑逐淤汤加减联合西药常规治疗肾病综合征高凝状态的疗效.方法：随机选择72例肾病综合征患者,先前均未使用过抗凝及抗血小板药物,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗.治疗组同时给予血腑逐淤汤加减,以4周为一疗程,比较治疗前后患者的血凝分析、血液流变学及血脂指标并进行统计学分析.结果：与对照组相比,治疗组患者血浆粘度、全血高切还原粘度、全血低切还原粘度、纤维蛋白原等指标明显下降 PT、APTT、TT明显延长.血脂指标明显改善,差异具有统计学意义.结论：血腑逐淤汤加减配合西药常规治疗可明显改善肾病患者的高血疑状态.

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating hypercoagulable state in nephrotic syndrome with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction. Method： 72 cases of using neither anticoagulants nor antiplatelet, randomly divide into treatment group and control group, control group using conventional therapy. Treatment group using Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, 4 weeks is a treatment, compared coagulation analyze, blood rheology and lipid parameters before and after treatment and statistical analysis. Results： There are great decrease of whole blood plasma viscosity, the whole blood viscosity at high shear rate, the whole blood viscosity; PT, APTT, TT significantly longer. Significant difference has been seen between the two groups. Conclusion： Treating hypercoagulable state in nephrotic syndrome with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can significantly improved situation.
