苦碟子注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛48例

Treating 48 cases of angina of unstable type with Kudiezi injection

目的：研究苦碟子注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效.方法：在常规治疗基础上加用苦碟子注射液30mL加入5%葡萄糖液（或生理盐水）250mL中静滴,每日1次,15d为1个疗程.结果：治疗1个疗程后,显效率为52.1%,有效率为37.5%,无效率为10.4%,总有效率89.6%.结论：苦碟子注射液可有效治疗不稳定性心绞痛,且未发现毒副作用.

Objective： To study on the effect of treating angina of unstable type with Kudiezi injection. Methods： Bases on conventional therapy using Kudiezi injection 30ml plus 5% glucose solution （or saline） 250ml, once a day, a treatment is 15 days. Results： After a treatment, cure rate is 52.1%, effective rate is 37.5%, invalid rate is 10.4%, the total effective rate is 89.6%. Conclusion： Treating angina of unstable type with Kudiezi injection has a good effect, and don＇t found side effects.
