益气活血汤治疗老年颈椎病的临床资料观察

Clinical observation on treating elderly cervical spondylosis with Yiqi Huoxue decoction

目的：探讨益气活血汤治疗老年颈椎病的临床疗效.方法：治疗组采用自拟益气活血汤治疗,对照组采用传统方法治疗.结果：治疗组的总有效率明显好于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：益气活血汤治疗老年颈椎病临床疗效与即时止痛效果都比较好,值得临床推广.

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating elderly cervical spondylosis with Yiqi Huoxue decoction. Methods： The treatment group use Yiqi Huoxue decoction, control group use the traditional method of treatment. Results： The total effective rate was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating elderly cervical spondylosis with Yiqi Huoxue decoction has a good effect, is worth being clinically applied.
