中西医结合治疗输卵管妊娠的临床观察和施护

Clinical observation and nursing of treating tubal pregnancy in the integrative medicine

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗榆卵管妊娠的临床疗效和护理经验.方法：选取我院收治的22例输卵管妊娠患者,采用中西医结合药物治疗,并采取及时有效的护理措施.结果：22例患者均治愈,18例中医辨证治疗一个疗程后即治愈,血清β-hcG1周内均降至正常.结论：治疗过程中严格掌握用药指证和用药方法,通过系统的护理措施及心理辅导,是取得治疗成功的关键.

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating tubal pregnancy in the integrative medicine. Methods： To choose 22 patients in our hospital with tubal pregnancy, to take the integrative medicine treatment, and to take timely and effective care measures. Results： 22 patients were cured, 18 cases of TCM in differentiation were cured after one course of treatment. Conclusion： Treating tubal pregnancy in the integrative medicine and care has a good effect.
