中西结合治疗萎缩性舌炎28例临床体会

Clinical experience for treating 28 cases of atrophic glossitis in the integrative medicine

目的：观察以黄连阿胶汤为主方结合西医常规治疗方法治疗萎缩性舌炎的临床效果.方法：将55例萎缩性舌炎患者随机分为两组,观察组采用黄连阿胶汤加减结合西医常规治疗方法治疗,对照组单纯采用西医常规治疗,治疗两个疗程后,评定治疗效果.结果：研究组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率66.7%.经x2检验（P＜0.05）,结果有差异性.结论：认为中西结合治疗萎缩性舌炎效果优于单纯西医治疗.

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating atrophic glossitis in the integrative medicine therapy. Methods： 55 patients with atrophic glossitis randomly divide into observation group and control group, in observation taking Huanglian Ejiao decoction plus western medicine therapy, in control group taking the western medicine therapy, after two treatments, assessment the treatment results, Results： In study group the total efficiency rate was 92.5%, in control group the total efficiency rate was 66.7%. By x2test （P〈0.05）, the result have a differente. Conclusion： Treating atrophic glossitis in the integrative medicine isbetter than the western medicine therapy.
