中药治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

Clinical effective observation on treating acute cerebral infarction in TCM

目的：观察中药对急性脑梗死治疗的临床疗效.方法：选择急性脑肌梗死患者80例,对照组40例进行常规治疗 观察组40例选用血塞通注射液治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效.结果：观察组显效率为67.45%,总有效率为87.64% 对照组显效率为43.24%,总有效率为80.08%.两组有效率及神经功能缺损评分比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05）.结论：血塞通注射液对急性脑梗死的有较好的治疗作用.

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating acute cerebral infarction in TCM. Methods： To choose 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction, control group was 40 cases, use conventional therapy; observation group was 40 cases, use Xuesaitong injection, to observe clinical effect of two group. Results： Observation group cure rate was 67.45%, effective rate was 87.64%; control group cure rate was 43.24%, effective rate was 80.08%. Two group effective have significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xuesaitong injection on acute cerebral infarction has a better therapeutic effect.
