目的：探讨血液分析仪校准的正确方法.方法：分别用配套校准物、非配套校准物对我室3台不同类型的血液分析仪进行仪器校准后,再用质控物对各台仪器测定全血细胞计数结果的可比性.结果：用配套校准物校准的3台仪器测定质控物的全血细胞计数结果与质控物所提供的值非常接近.用非配套校准物校准的3台仪器测定质控物的全血细胞计数结果与质控物所提供的值差异很大.结论：血液分析仪的校准应使用配套的校准物.

Objective： To investigate the right method of hematology analyzer calibration. Methods： Respectively used to supporting calibrator, non-matching calibrator on hematology analyzer after calibration, then taking the quality control substance on instrunaents determination the comparability of result complete blood count. Results： To take the instruments determine the value is very approximation. To take the non-matching calibrator determine the value have a significant difference. Conclusion： Hematology analyzer calibration materials should be used to support the calibration.
