摘要
秘书职业化程度不够是秘书适应社会的重要原因之一,以职业化为导向理应作为高职人才培养的一个核心理念。因此需进一步探析以职业化为导向革新文秘人才培养模式建设。
The insufficient level of secretary professionalism is one of the important reasons for the secretary＇s disability to adapt to the society.Career-oriented guidance should act as a core concept for training higher professional talents.This paper discusses the imperative nature of secretary＇s professionalism,and further analyzes how to reform the training mode based on career-oriented innovation.
