试论改革开放以来中国共产党政治资源的整合

On the Integration and Development of the Political Resources of the CCP since the Reformation and Opening-up

政治资源是一种重要的执政资源,拥有丰富的政治资源是一个政党能否有效执政的关键.改革开放以来中国共产党不断改革和完善人民代表大会制度,整合党执政的群众资源;改革和完善多党合作和政治协商制度,整合和拓展党执政的政党制度资源;发展党内民主、增强党的活力,维护和开发党执政的基础性资源;发展基层民主,提高广大人民群众的民主和法制意识,巩固和拓展党执政的合法性资源.正是各种政治资源得到了不断开发、整合与拓展,从而推动了中国特色社会主义事业的不断发展.

The political resources is a kind of important governing resources,which is the key to the governing effectiveness.Since the reformation and opening-up,the CCP has constantly reformed and improved the system of people′s congresses,the integration of party′s governing crowd resources.Many political resources,such as reforming and perfecting the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system,integrating and developing the party′s administration of basic political resources,developing inner-party democracy,enhancing the party′s vitality,maintaining and developing the party′s administration of the basic resources and grassroots democracy,improving the development of the masses and democratic and legal consciousness,consolidating and developing the party′s governing legitimacy resources,have been continuously developed,integrated and expanded so as to push the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics of continuous development.
