网站隐私权保护政策的行政监管

Administrative Regulation on the Issue of the Privacy Policy of Chinese Websites

对我国大陆地区36家网站隐私权保护政策进行调查发现:有三分之一的网站没有任何有关隐私权保护的条款规定;多数网站首页的显著位置无隐私权保护政策的链接;而在有隐私条款的23家网站则利用各种模糊字眼或者语焉不详的规定来推脱应该承担的保护用户个人隐私的责任.据此提出政府部门有必要采取一系列的监管措施,以纠正网站隐私权保护政策存在的缺陷、促进网络经济的发展和公民利益的有效保护.

In the face of reality problems of the privacy policy of Chinese websites,administrative sector should take a series of measures to regulate those problems＇ And then the privacy policy of Chinese websites will be improved,the network economy will be promoted and social justice as well.
