摘要
网络化的沟通渠道有助于提高企业的沟通效率和管理水平,增强组织成员之间的了解和信任.在分析传统沟通方式存在的问题,并总结金桥集团具体做法的基础上,构建基于互联网的办公自动化、网络媒介、ERP软件等员工沟通新渠道.
IT-based channels of communication can increase the efficiency of organizational communication and improve management level.At the same time,it can enhance organizational understanding and trust.This paper analyzes the problems of traditional means of communication and concludes specific practices of GBIG.It is pointed out that the new channels of communication should be built between staff with IT-based office automation,network media and ERP software.
