摘要
为探讨脊麻硬膜外联合阻滞（ＣＥＳＡ） 在同种异体肾移植手术中的效果，对２２ 例同种异体肾移植手术病人，使用脊麻硬膜外联合阻滞（Ａ 组） ，并与２２ 例连续硬膜外阻滞（Ｂ 组） 进行比较。结果：Ａ 组麻醉起效快〔Ｔ８ 阻滞时间（２ ．９ ±１ ．１） ｍｉｎ〕，与Ｂ 组〔（９ ．０ ±１ ．９） ｍｉｎ〕比较有非常显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ；２ 组对循环系统影响相似（ Ｐ＞０ ．０５） 。Ａ 组病人无１ 例主诉术后头痛。结果提示：脊麻硬膜外联合阻滞是同种异体肾移植手术安全、可靠的麻醉方法之一。
To explore whether combined spinal epidural anesthesia ( CSEA) applies to renal homotransplantation. Forty four patients undergoing renal homotransplantation were ad mitted to this study .In 22 patients used CSEA (group A) , while the other 22 patients used continuous epidural anesthesia as control (group B) . Group A had much more rapid than group B( P< 0 .01) . The two groups had similar influence on cardiovascular system ( P> 0 .05) . Furthermore , no complain of the incidence of postdural puncture headache in the group A. The results showed that CSEAis one of safety and reliable anesthesia for renal homotransplantation .
