摘要
本文对不同茶树品种加工古丈毛尖进行了比较试验,在8个实验品种中碧香早成茶品质最优,槠叶齐次之,在生产实践中也印证了这两个品种适制古丈毛尖。
This article carried out comparation of tea quality of Guzhang Maojian processed by different cultivars. Among the eight tested cultivars, Bixiangzcto ranked the best,Zhuyeqi the second.The production practice also testified that the two cuhivars are suitable for processing of Guzhang Maojian
