摘要
运用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法等方法,结合青少年的生理特,分析了青少年短跑运动员快速力量训练的方法与手段.研究表明:通过缩短跳障碍物的时间,增加障碍物的远度、规定时间内增加障碍物的数量、高度和一定的负重练习等手段,结合与之相对应的训练方法,对提高青少年短跑运动员快速力量具有显著性功效.
This paper is to use documents materials,experimental method,mathematical statistics and some other research methods,combined with physical special young people,analysis of the young sprinters speed-strength training methods and means.Research shows that: by shortening the time to jump obstacles to increase the obstacles far degree,within the specified time to increase the number of obstacles,height and some weight training and other means,combined with corresponding training method for raising young sprint athletes' speed-strength have a significant effect.
