摘要
本文针对锌大极板电积工艺对硫酸锌溶液成分的苛刻要求,对硫酸锌溶液深度净化工艺进行了研究。研究结果表明,在加入添加剂的情况下,采用二段净化工艺可将硫酸锌溶液中Cu、Cd、Co浓度净化至0.2mg/L,Ni降至0.1mg/L以下,有效地控制了Cd、Co的复溶,提高了铜镉渣中镉的品位,该试验研究结果可为大极板锌电积技术在国内的进一步推广应用提供技术支持。
In this paper,aim at the rigor requirements of impurities in zinc sulfate solution when large cathode electrowinning,a depth purification study was implemented.The result showed that the process of two-stages purification can make the impurity contents of Cu,Cd,Co down to 0.2 mg/L,Ni down to 0.1 mg/L in the case of the additives,effectively prevent Co Cd's anti-solvent,and improve the cadmium grade in the copper-cadmium slag.The test results can provide technical support for the further promoting of large cathode technology of zinc electrowinning in China.
