摘要
难降解有机污染物的处理是目前环保技术研究的一大热点。此类污染物可生化性差,常规的处理技术难以去除。本文用硫酸浸渍的方法对TiO2进行改性,形成固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2,以喹啉为研究对象,采用正交设计安排实验,考察此类催化剂对杂环类有机化合物的降解效果。实验结果表明,采用固体超强酸光催化降解喹啉的最佳条件为:硫酸浓度为0.25mol/L、焙烧温度为500℃、催化剂浓度为0.2g/L、喹啉初始浓度50mg/L,此时喹啉的降解效果最好,降解率为79.8%。
The disposal of refractory organics attracted more and more interest and highlighted for its difficulty of degradation ability presently.In this paper,TiO2 was modified to form SO4^2-/TiO2 by dipping it in sulfuric acid.This study focus on the degradation of quinoline with SO4^2-/TiO2 as catalyst.Experiments was arranged by orthogonal design to study SO4^2-/TiO2 effects on heterocyclic organic compounds.Experimental results show that the optimum conditions as follows: sulfuric acid concentration was 0.25mol / L,calcination temperature was 500 ℃,catalyst dosage was 0.2g / L,initial concentration of quinoline was 50mg/L.At this point the best degradation rate was 79.8%.
