单轮水田耕整机安全性能改进设计

The security improvement design of the single-wheel paddy field cultivator

水田耕整机是湖南农村应用最广泛的耕作机械。但单轮水田耕整机在使用中出现过不少安全事故,究其原因,除使用操作不当外,也有设计上过于追求结构简单等所造成的缺陷。通过分析研究,提出了增加离合装置、降低整机重心、改善防护措施等结构改进及参数调整方案。试验对比表明,改进设计的单轮水田耕整机,作业安全性能得到有效改善和提高。

The cultivator is the most important farming machine in Hunan province,which widely used in rural areas,the paddy field cultivator is the main type machine.A series of safety accidents have happened in the using process due to the simple structure and low prices in single-wheel paddy field cultivator.The main reason include that improper operate machine and the defect in design.Based on the mechanics calculating and testing comparative analysis of the single-wheel paddy field cultivator,the paper has proposed the security improvement plan from the structure factors which include reducing the barycenter height and reducing turning radius and increasing the lateral fulcrum aggravating,at the same time,appropriate restricting the work operating parameter has been used.
