摘要
以葡萄苗茎杆为试验对象,在改进的PC-A型皮带传动试验台进行切削扭矩试验。试验结果表明:影响一年生"贝达"葡萄苗茎杆切削扭矩的因素主要是切削深度,其次是轴的转速,最后是茎杆直径。当切削深度为10 mm,转速为350 r/min,茎杆直径为6 mm时,最大切削扭矩为600 Nmm。切削扭矩试验为苗木嫁接机切削机构的研制提供了数据支持。
The cutting torque experiments of grape nursery stock of the variety "Beta" was conducted by improving a PC-A belt transmission testing machine.The results are as follows:for annual grape-vine "Beta",the main factor impacting the cutting torque in sequence are cutting depth,shaft speed and stock diameter.when the cutting depth is 10mm,shaft speed is 350r/min and stock diameter is 6mm,the maximum cutting torque is 600Nmm.It provided data to study on cutting mechanism of the grafting robot.
