摘要
电动轿车车身是一种新型结构,有较重的电池总成,简单地在传统车型上改造很难获得优化结构。介绍了国内某一电动改装车车身的静态刚度台架试验的整个过程,验证有限元分析模型的准确性,并为有限元模型的进一步修正提供参考依据。
The electric car body is a new structure,with a heavier battery assembly,a simple transformation of the traditional models is difficult to obtain optimized structures.the whole process of static stiffness bench test based on a domestic electric conversion vehicle body in white was Introduced,the accuracy of the finite element analysis model wasverified and a finite element model to provide reference for further amendments.
