摘要
介绍了以可编程序控制器为核心、采用比例积分微分算法和脉宽调制原理的挤出机温度控制系统,系统以西门子公司的S72300可编程序控制器为核心,完成温度的采集及自动调节。本温控系统硬件简单、控温精度高、性能稳定,具有较高的实用价值。
The electric tracing is the main product of my unit.This paper introduces the programmable logic controller as the core,the use of proportional integral derivative algorithm and pulse width modulation principle of the extruder temperature control system,and introduced the system hardware and software programming techniques and skills.The temperature control system hardware is simple,temperature control,high precision,stable performance,with high practical value.
