摘要
水轮发电机内部各个部件的温度升高,直接影响到机组的寿命和运行可靠性,电机的通风计算问题是电机设计中的特别是大型电机设计中的重要问题。目前,水轮发电机的通风计算存在四种方法:近似计算方法、等效风路法、通风网络法及流体场(CFD数值模拟)计算方法,其各有优点,也存在明显缺陷。如何克服各类方法的缺点,结合各方法的优点,进行科学、有效的通风计算仍是国际电机学科前沿性课题。
The various components within the generator temperature,the direct impact on the life and operating reliability of units,calculation of the ventilation motor motor design is especially important in large-scale machine design problems.Currently,there are four hydro ventilation calculation method: approximate calculation method,Equivalent wind path method,ventilation and fluid field of network method(CFD simulation) method,its own advantages,there are obvious flaws.How to overcome the shortcomings of each method,combining the advantages of each method,scientific and effective ventilation calculation is still the frontier of international motor issue.
