基于CATIA的HP500线切割机中拖板的三维建模与有限元分析

3D modeling and finite element analysis for carriage of HP500 wire cutting machine based on CATIA

线切割机一直以来在机械加工中占有很重要的地位,电脑辅助工程分析(CAE)的作用尤为重要,可以使产品的开发工作更加完善,并能达到产品设计的最佳化。利用法国达索公司开发CATIA应用软件对HP500线切割机中拖板进行三维实体建模与有限元分析,大大提高了生产效率,缩短了生产周期,优化了中拖板的结构,直接减少了铸铁的使用材料,为产品的投入降低了成本。

CAE is especially important,that can make product development more perfect,and can make product design best.In this paper,the CATIA software developed by Dassault is used to 3D Modeling and Finite Element Analysis for carriage of HP500 Wire Cutting Machine.
