摘要
采用不同孔径的国产中空纤维聚砜膜超滤芹菜汁,测定渗透流量和成分的变化,探讨其实现工业化生产的可能性。结果表明:PS6万膜为适合生产芹菜汁的膜组件。本试验还以渗透流量为指标、比较了先微滤再超滤及直接超滤对膜污染的影响。
The use of different pore size polysulfone hollow fiber membrane made of celery juice ultrafiltration,osmotic flow and composition measurement,and to explore the possibility of its industrial production.The results showed that： PS6 million film is suitable for the production of celery juice membrane.The test also to penetrate the flow index,and then compared ultrafiltration and microfiltration before ultrafiltration direct impact on membrane fouling.
